Terms of Service

1) Social casino; no real-money gambling

• The Service is a social casino for entertainment only.
• Games use virtual coins/credits that have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for prizes of real-world value.
• We do not offer real-money gambling. If you make optional in-app purchases, you are purchasing access to virtual items/features only.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use the Service. You may not use the Service if prohibited by law.

3) Accounts and security

• You are responsible for activity on your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Provide accurate information and keep it updated. We may require age verification.
• You may not sell, transfer, or share your account or virtual items.

4) Purchases; virtual items

Virtual items/coins are licensed, not sold. They are non-transferable and may be modified, rebalanced, or removed. All purchases are final to the extent permitted by law.

5) Acceptable conduct

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
• Do not harass others, post unlawful content, or impersonate any person/entity.
• Do not upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

6) Community and user content (UGC)

If you post chat messages, images, or other content, you retain ownership but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, and display that content to operate and improve the Service. You represent you have rights to what you post and that it is not unlawful. We may remove content and/or suspend accounts.

7) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, artwork, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms.

8) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10) Dispute resolution; arbitration; class-action waiver

You and we agree that most disputes can be resolved informally by contacting us. If not resolved, you and we agree to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, and not in court, except that either party may bring eligible claims in small claims court. YOU AND WE WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing contact@lunarforestfield.com with subject “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your account identifier.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations, security reasons, or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, licenses granted to you end and virtual items may be forfeited.

12) Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules (subject to the arbitration section above).
