Virtual Currency & In-App Purchases Policy

This policy explains how virtual currency (e.g., “Coins”) and in-app purchases work on lunarforestfield.com and related apps/services (“Service”).
1) Virtual currency is for entertainment only
- Coins and other virtual items are not real money, have no cash value, and do not represent stored value.
- Coins cannot be redeemed, cashed out, or exchanged for real-world currency or anything of monetary value.
- Unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing, Coins are non-transferable (no selling, gifting, trading, or transferring between accounts).
2) Purchase options and delivery
We may offer optional purchases of Coins or bundles through the website and/or third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play). When you complete a purchase, the virtual items are typically credited promptly to your account. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and device.
3) Pricing, availability, and changes
- Prices, exchange rates (if any), promotions, and availability of Coins may change at any time, including by platform, location, or device.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Coins or virtual items, including how they are earned or used, to the extent permitted by law.
- Applicable taxes may be added where required.
4) No ownership; account-based license
Coins and virtual items are licensed to you, not sold. You do not acquire property rights in them. They are tied to your account and may be forfeited if your account is closed or restricted as described in our terms and rules.
5) Chargebacks, fraud, and misuse
- If we detect suspected fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity, we may suspend or terminate access, remove Coins, and/or block purchases.
- Chargebacks or payment reversals may result in removal of credited Coins and account restrictions until the issue is resolved.
- You agree not to bypass platform billing systems, use unauthorized resellers, or exploit errors in pricing or crediting.
6) Refunds
- App Store purchases: If you purchased through Apple or Google (or another app marketplace), refunds are handled by that platform under its policies and processes. We generally cannot issue refunds for those transactions.
- Website/direct purchases (if offered): Contact us at contact@lunarforestfield.com with your order details. Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances, whether items were used/consumed, and applicable law.
- We may deny refund requests involving suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of our policies, subject to applicable law.
